Licare guarantees the quality for the new products and provides 14 months free service from the date of delivery in Licare for the faulty items due to its workmanship and materials. The obligation of Licare is limited to repair the defective parts which are tested and proved by Licare.

The following situations are not within our warranty:
● Products are misused or destroyed by accident.     
● The original serial number label or identification marks are not clear, changed or removed.
● The other people who are not from Licare or from the assigned institutions by Licare, change or repair the products lead to problems.
